King’s Luck Brewery Joint-Stock Co. Ltd is among the top ten listed companies in China’s Baijiu industry, and it is listed on the Shanghai A-share Stock Exchange.
Located in Huai’an, the hometown of Zhou Enlai, the first Premier of the People’s Republic of China, it is situated in Lianshui (the hometown of mineral water), a “world-famous wine distinctive production area,” and lies in Gaogou, a “national model village/town.” The company has nearly 5,000 employees, total assets of 20.2 billion yuan, net assets of 12.8 billion yuan, covers an area of nearly 3 million square meters, and owns three major brands: Guoyuan, Jinshiyuan(King’s Luck), and Gaogou.
Its predecessor, Gaogou Liquor Factory, originated in the Western Han Dynasty and flourished during the Ming and Qing Dynasties. It has more than 1,400 old fermentation pits, including 53 pits from the Ming and Qing Dynasties that are over 300 years old, absorbing the essence of centuries-old fermentation materials.

In 1996, the Jinshiyuan(King’s Luck) brand was born, advocating the brand concept of “Bonded in this life, together forever,” focusing on “moments of connection,” creating brand faith, and forging brand loyalty. In 2004, the “Guoyuan” brand was established, adhering to the communication strategy of “connecting with significant events, accompanying success, toasting to heroes,” and promoting the brand declaration “For great achievements, there must be ‘Yuan’.” “Guoyuan V9” is the first elegant sauce-flavored high-end Baijiu in the Chinese Baijiu industry, participating in top-level competition and seizing the golden track.
